There are a number of reasons why this seems a good idea.
- Less paper
- Reduced printing costs
- More people likely to read the Area Meeting information
The main thing we had against it was that it would create a publication that was too big. However we realised if we did not include the minutes in either publication it should be manageable.
As it was there was a delay in receiving the minutes because it was two or three weeks until we received SQN or Balby Bulletin. In future the minutes will be sent out separately mainly by email. Speak to your Meetings clerk if you do not already get these or have not received a letter or email about receiving them
