Room Hire Enquiry Form

You can use this form to enquire about booking a room at the Sheffield Friends Meeting House. Before you fill it out, you will probably want to look through the further information on our Rooms Available, Services and Facilities. Our contact details can be found on the Contact page.

When we receive your form submission, we will get in touch with you to confirm the details, provide any additional information that would be helpful for you, and place a booking if you wish to continue.

Please include your email address so we can easily get back in touch with you. Please take extra care to type it correctly.

Please tell us your postal address, or the postal address of your organisation.

Please tell us which date(s) and times you’d like to book. If necessary you can change these times later before the booking is finally confirmed.

Please provide estimated start / finish times for your event or meeting. These can always be changed at the point where we confirm the booking with you.

Can you please provide a short description of the meeting / event that you are planning as this will help us make sure that we can offer the most appropriate service. e.g. Annual General Meeting for a small charity.

We do need the number of likely attendees in order to process your booking enquiry. If you are not sure please estimate the maximum number of people that you think will be attending your event or meeting. You can always update this figure when confirming the booking.

Check which room or rooms you would like to book. If you are not sure which room(s) best meets your requirements, check the one that seems to be the best fit and add a note below in the ‘Any other questions or comments’ box. We can discuss with you which rooms are available and would work best for your meeting / event.
