A Heart as Large as the World: Cultivating Metta – Loving Kindness Sat. 8th Sept

A one-day Insight Meditation retreat with: Zohar Lavie
at: St Andrews Church, 31 Psalter Lane, Sheffield S11 8YL
(venue is on ground floor & accessible to wheelchair users)
on: Sat 8th Sept 10 am – 4.30 pm (arrive and register from 9.30)
Cost: £10 / £15 / £20 plus ‘dana’
Metta (loving kindness) practice connects us to the boundless qualities of our own hearts and to the deep and natural affinity we have with all of life. By exploring and nurturing these qualities we can step beyond our perceived limitations to allow healing within ourselves and in the world around us.
This day of loving kindness practice will include guided meditations, exercises and time for enquiry. The day will be held in silence.
