Sustainability
Following her attendance at the BYM Sustainability Gathering at Swanwick in March, Janet Paske has offered to convene a meeting to discuss the possibility of starting up a Sustainability Group related to climate change matters. If you’re interested please let Janet know by emailing her at janet.paske@gmail.com. She is away for a week or two but will be in touch on her return about a date. You can find more information about her weekend at Swanwick in the latest Sheffield and Balby Bulletin.

Urgent request
Quakers in Yorkshire run activities for children and young people, such as Yorkshire friends Holiday School. They urgently need a second Safeguarding Officer – without someone in post they can’t run their events. If you think you might be able to take this on, please let one of the clerks know – it’s really not very onerous, whilst also being very important.

Information
Please check your envelope Friends – there is a new insert to the Sheffield Meeting Handbook which includes current information and appointments for 2016.
