Sue Beardon and Shad Woolgrove of Nether Edge meeting are running a taster workshop on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) for all Quakers and people from St. Andrews Church, as well as anyone else who would like to attend. There will be a shared lunch. NVC is a practical way of bringing empathy and compassion into the way we communicate and handle difficulty and conflict. It will it expand the notion of ‘Friendly Conflict’ beyond dealing with conflict into something that can make life generally more wonderful, joyful and connected.
